Waffles
This is an easy recipe for golden, crisp waffles that I bake on an electric waffle iron. Serve with golden syrup and whipped cream or ice cream when the family deserves a treat.
Method
- 375 ml (1½ cups) cake flour
- 10 ml (2 teaspoons) baking powder
- 2,5 ml (1/2 teaspoon) salt
- 10 ml (2 teaspoons) sugar
- 250 ml (1 cup) milk
- 2 eggs, separated
- 45 ml (3 tablespoons) butter or margarine, melted
