Seeded Rice with Fresh Herbs

Method

  1. Cook the rice according to instructions on the packet. Drain the rice under running hot water and set aside.
  2. Heat the butter in a saucepan and add all the seeds. Cover the saucepan with a lid and cook for 3 minutes until the seeds start to pop.
  3. Stir the seeds into the cooked rice with the parsley and coriander leaves. Heat through and serve immediately.
