Savoury Pork Chops

These tender pork chops are smothered in a mouth-watering sauce. It is the perfect blend of mustard, soy sauce, tomato sauce and orange marmalade.

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180 º C (350 ºF).
  2. Combine cake flour, mustard powder, salt and pepper in a bowl. Dredge the pork chops in the flour mixture.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan and brown the pork chops on both sides. Place the pork chops in an oven proof-baking dish.
  4. Mix the sauce ingredients; pour the sauce over the pork chops. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove the aluminum foil and bake for 10 minutes to brown. Transfer the pork chops to a platter and spoon the sauce over the chops before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley.
