Preheat the oven to 180 ˚!C (350 ˚!F). Grease a large bread loaf pan.
Combine all the dry ingredients and mix well.
Add the luke warm water and the vegetable oil and mix to a soft dough. Knead the dough for 10 minutes.
Place the dough into the greased loaf tin and cover with plastic wrap. Set aside in a warm spot and leave to rise until the dough has doubled in size – about 1 hour.
Bake the bread in the hot oven for 45 minutes. Turn the bread out and cool on a wire cooling rack.
