Sage and Onion Rice

This is quick and simple to prepare and adds a special touch to everyday fare. Serve with apple cider chicken.

Method

  1. Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium-high heat, add onion and sauté for 10 minutes.
  2. Stir in the spring onions and sage and sauté for 2 minutes more.
  3. Add the cooked rice and stir until thoroughly mixed. Serve immediately.
