Ripe Fig and Parma Ham Salad
Serve this luscious combination on big plates as a starter and pass around slices of crusty Italian bread with good olive oil and balsamic vinegar for each person to dress their own salad.
Method
- Assemble the salad greens on individual plates. Arrange Parma ham slices and figs on the salad and top with shavings of parmesan cheese and g a generous grinding of black pepper. That’s it. Enjoy!
