Ripe Fig and Parma Ham Salad

Serve this luscious combination on big plates as a starter and pass around slices of crusty Italian bread with good olive oil and balsamic vinegar for each person to dress their own salad.

Method

  1. Assemble the salad greens on individual plates. Arrange Parma ham slices and figs on the salad and top with shavings of parmesan cheese and g a generous grinding of black pepper. That’s it. Enjoy!
