Pineapple Jam
Homemade pineapple jam is quick and easy to make and is delicious served with scones and cream or spread on hot buttered toast.
Method
- Bring the grated pineapple and water to the boil and simmer for 30 minutes, until the pineapple pulp is soft.
- Add the sugar and lemon juice and boil for 30 minutes until the jam is thickened.
- Pour the jam into a sterilized glass jam jar and seat with a tight lid. Allow to cool down completely and store in the refrigerator.
