Moroccan Carrot and Radish Salad

This is a great side-dish salad to serve as part of a Moroccan meal.

Method

  1. Place the garlic, spices, oil, vinegar, honey and lemon juice in a small bowl and whisk together. Season to taste with salt and white pepper and set aside.
  2. Blanch the carrots in boiling salted water for 2 minutes. Drain and refresh. While still warm, toss with the dressing then set aside at room temperature.
  3. To serve, toss the carrots with the radishes and parsley. Drizzle with orange flower water just before serving.
