Korean Bulgogi Marinade

Bulgogi beef is almost the Korean national dish. Here I give you a recipe for the marinade.

Method

  1. Roast the sesame seeds in a dry frying pan until golden. Cool.
  2. Grind the sesame seeds in a spice grinder.
  3. Combine all the ingredients and mix very well. Set aside for 2 hours a room temperature. Transfer the marinade to a glass container and refrigerate until ready to marinade your strips of beef.
