Honey and Mustard Marnated Salmon with Rosemary Apples
This is a Scandinavian recipe and is truly a wonderful way to serve fresh salmon.
Method
- Rinse the fish and pat dry with paper towels.
- Place the fish into a shallow glass dish. Whisk the olive oil, honey and mustard together. Coat the fish with the marinade, cover with plastic wrap and leave in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F). Bake the fish for about 15 minutes. Season with flaky sea salt.
- While the fish is cooking, heat the butter in a large frying pan and cook the apples and rosemary until golden.
- Serve the fish with the apples and spoon the cooking liquid over the fish. Enjoy.
