Gauva Sambal
With guavas now in season, try your hand at making this sambal to serve with any meat sizzling on the braai. This is an excellent recipe I got from my friend Beatrix and there is no cooking involved. Keep it in a sealed container in the refrigerator for a week.
Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a glass bowl and mix well. Refrigerate for 3 days, stirring every once in a while.
- Spoon the sambal into glass jars, seal and refrigerate.
