Fettuccine Alla Romana

A deliciously creamy, colourful dish, the way it is served in Rome. Super for a quick lunch. Buon appetito!

Method

  1. Cook the fettuccine in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente.
  2. While the fettuccine in cooking, heat the cream in a small saucepan.
  3. Drain the fettuccine, return to the saucepan and toss with the butter and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Add the hot cream, peas, prosciutto and black pepper. Toss and serve immediately.
