Dukkah

Try this scrumptious hazelnut and sesame seed spice dip with crusty bread and fruity olive oil.

Method

  1. Place the sesame seeds in a non-stick frying pan. Cook over medium heat, stirring often, until lightly toasted and golden.
  2. Add the hazelnuts, coriander, cumin and pepper and cook, stirring, for 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in the sea salt and set aside to cool.
  3. Serve dukkah with crusty bread and olive oil.
