Dry Marinade for Rump Steaks

Method

  1. Mix all the dry marinade ingredients together in a small mixing bowl.
  2. Rub 1 tablespoon of the dry marinade over each side of the steaks. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
  3. Prepare the outdoor grill with hot coals or heat the gas grill to high. Lightly brush the grill grid with vegetable oil.
  4. Grill steaks for 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Allow the steaks to stand for 5 minutes before serving.
