Cannelinni Bean Humus
Spread the humus over a medium sized plate. Drizzle with olive oil and dust with extra cumin. Serve with warm pita bread.
Method
- Whiz the spring onion, garlic and beans in a food processor to a dry puree. Add the tahini, oil, bread, lemon rind and spices and with the motor still running, add about 3 tablespoons of water to lighten the texture of the dip. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
