Camembert Fondue

A midnight feast for two! Dip crispy crostini into this extremely aromatic fondue and sip champagne.

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ºC (350 ºF).
  2. Peel back the paper on top of the Camembert and place the cheese on a large piece of foil.
  3. Make a few holes in the cheese and sprinkle over the orange rind, rosemary, garlic and black pepper. Pour over the olive oil and wine, close up the foil and bake the cheese for 20 minutes.
  4. Open the foil. The skin will have blown up and the inside will be wonderfully runny. Have fun.
