Bread and Almond Sauce
I like to serve this Mediterranean style dressing over fried baby marrows and top it with chopped nuts and a handful of chopped parsley
Method
- Soak the bread in water for 5 minutes. Squeeze the bread dry and place in a blender with the almonds, garlic, vinegar and olive oil. Blend and gradually add the ice cold water to form a smooth puree. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Store in the refrigerator until needed.
