Blue Cheese Dressing

This salad dressing is great with salad greens, ripe pear slices and a scattering of toasted walnuts. It keeps for 2 weeks in the refrigerator.

Method

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Scrape the dressing into a glass container and keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
