Beefsteak Tomatoes with Burrata and Parma Ham

Method

  1. Arrange the tomato slices on a big serving platter. Season with salt and set aside for 30 minutes.
  2. Tear the Burrata into pieces and distributes over the tomato slices. Top with the Parma ham and scatter with the basil leaves. Drizzle with olive oil and finish with a generous grinding of black pepper. Serve with crusty bread.
