Baked Quince with Rose Water

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°).
  2. Place the quinces on a large double sheet of foil. Sprinkle with the sugar and dot with the butter. Drizzle over the rose water and bring the foil together into a parcel.
  3. Bake in the oven for 1 ½ hours until the quinces are soft and slightly caramelized. Serve warm with dollops of thick Greek yogurt.
