SaladsAsian Style Crisp Vegetable Salad
Serve this light, fresh and crunchy salad as a side dish.
Method
- Place the snow peas, carrots, peppers and bean sprouts in boiling water for 1 minute. Drain and refresh under cold running water.
- Make the dressing. Whisk all the ingredients together and season with salt and pepper.
- Place vegetables in a salad bowl and add the dressing and spring onions. Toss well and serve at once.
